Recently, our team paid an official visit to the manufacturing facility of a long-term cooperative customer, a leading producer of agricultural machinery. The visit aimed to inspect the application of our axles in the customer’s end products, deepen mutual understanding, and lay a solid foundation for further cooperation. During the tour, we were pleased to see our axles widely installed on the customer’s core equipment, including manure spreaders, grain carts, satilite graders and trailers, demonstrating the reliable performance and broad adaptability of our products in the agricultural sector.
Upon arrival, the customer’s production manager warmly received our team and led us on a detailed tour of the production workshop. On the assembly line, our stub axles unbraked and Cambraked axles as well as the straight axles unbraked were being seamlessly integrated into different types of agricultural machinery. For manure spreaders and satelite graders, which are often used for field operations with varying load requirements, our stub axles stand out with their simple structure, light weight, and low maintenance costs. These axles effectively support the cargo weight while ensuring flexible operation, perfectly adapting to the efficient working needs of agricultural transportation in complex terrains.
In contrast, our straight axles unbraked were installed on the customer’s heavy-duty trailers, which are responsible for long-distance transportation of large-volume agricultural products. Equipped with reliable braking systems, these axles provide stable and efficient performance, significantly enhancing the safety of the trailers during high-load and long-distance operations. The customer’s technical team emphasized that our axles have passed strict field tests and have been proven to have excellent durability and reliability, even under harsh working conditions such as muddy fields and uneven roads, which greatly improves the overall operational efficiency of their machinery.
During the in-depth exchange session after the workshop tour, both parties had in-depth discussions on product application effects, technical optimization directions, and future cooperation plans. The customer highly recognized the quality and performance of our axles, noting that the stable supply of our products has played a crucial role in ensuring their production schedule and product quality. Our team also collected valuable on-site feedback from the customer, which will provide important reference for the continuous optimization of our axle products and the development of new products that are more in line with market demand.
