In terms of goods(axles in container), we check each components including hubs, tubes,bolts and nuts etc which are all in a good condition and assembly intensively. according to the customer’s confirmed order list to ensure that the quantity, specifications, and orders are completely consistent. Each item undergoes strict quality inspection before qualified products enter the packaging process. The packaging will use materials that comply with international transportation standards, with high-strength corrugated cardboard boxes on the outer layer and cushioning materials filled inside according to the characteristics of the goods to prevent collision damage during transportation. For instance, We use the stable iron frame to package the stub axles and wrap the plastic film many rounds in the surface to ensure the safety from the outer circumstances.
The customs declaration materials are fully prepared, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, etc. Professional customs clearance personnel are conducting final verification and confirmation to ensure the smooth progress of the customs declaration process. We will inform the customer of the progress of the customs declaration as soon as it is submitted.The shippment is just a process that we monitor of the whole trade but we also ensure that all the thing that related and relevent issues are well done
