- Stub axle type: With a short length (usually no more than 80 cm), one end is fixed to the agricultural machinery frame, and the other end connects to the wheel, featuring a compact and lightweight structure. It is mainly used in small hand-pushed agricultural implements (such as manual fertilizer spreaders and small sprayers). It does not need to bear excessive loads, only meeting basic support and rotation needs, which can reduce the overall weight of the equipment and facilitate manual operation.

On the other hand, it is used in tow-behind agricultural machinery (such as plows and trailers towed by tractors), where the braking function is controlled by the independent system of the towing vehicle (tractor). This avoids braking conflicts between the axle’s integrated braking and the towing vehicle’s braking, reducing the risk of malfunctions.
